When You Make In-Store Purchases

If you visit one of our stores in person and make a purchase, we collect only what we need to complete the transaction.

  • Business partners who help us provide you with relevant coupons and advertisements.

When you Contact Us

At times you may need to contact us about your order, account, or for other questions or concerns.

What We Collect
We may collect the following categories of personal information when you contact us for customer support:

  • Commercial information about purchases or transactions;
  • Location information about the store you visited; or
  • Other information that may be relevant to your inquiry.

When It’s Shared
We use service providers to help support our customer service line and they may collect or host this information on our behalf.

When you Place Orders for Home Delivery or Curbside Pickup through Instacart

Save Mart has partnered with Instacart to make your grocery-buying experience easy. If you choose to use Instacart’s services to buy groceries for delivery or pickup, you will be required to establish a separate account with Instacart. Instacart shares your order information with us so that we may fulfill it. Save Mart is not responsible for any personal information that you provide to Instacart, including your commercial transaction information. Instead, you should look to Instacart’s Privacy Policy for information about how Instacart treats your personal information.

Cookies and Interest-Based Advertising

We may process your information for purposes other than those described above. For example, if you participate in a limited contest, sweepstakes, promotion, or survey. Nothing in this Policy will prohibit our ability to use or disclose personal information in the following circumstances:

There may be other instances when we may use or disclose your personal information in order to protect or defend the legal rights, property or operations of Save Mart or our employees or agents; to protect the rights, privacy, safety or security of users, members or others; to protect against fraud; and, to allow us to pursue available remedies or limit the damages that we may sustain.
  • Business Transfers: Save Mart may transfer any information we have about you in connection with a merger or sale (including transfers made as part of insolvency or bankruptcy proceedings) involving all or part of Save Mart or as part of a corporate reorganization or stock sale or other change in corporate control.

International

This Site is controlled and operated by us from the United States and is not intended to subject us to the laws or jurisdiction of any state, country or territory other than that of the United States.  Your personal information may be stored and processed in the United States or any other country in which Save Mart or its service providers maintain facilities.  If you do not wish for your personal information to be transferred to the United States, you must refrain from using our Site or App.

Children Under 13

Removal of Content Posted by a Minor
