This year, Save Mart donated gallons of delicious creamy vanilla, mint chocolate chip, cookies n’ cream, sherbet ice cream and popsicles to Sacramento Zoo’s annual Ice Cream Safari!
Ice Cream Safari is Sacramento Zoo’s annual summer ice cream social where zoo attendees have the opportunity to enjoy their favorite ice cream flavors in cones, sundaes and floats and tastings by local creameries.
Save Mart also sponsored the Sundae Station where people layered their ice cream with sprinkles, chocolate syrup and other ice cream toppings!
Attendees enjoyed ice cream on cones and sundaes while exploring the 14-acre zoo.
All proceeds from Ice Cream Safari benefit the general maintenance and animal care at the Sacramento Zoo.
